Veliki broj ideja likovne grupe Goethe-Gerile nastao je tokom radionice sa nemačkim konceptualnim umetnikom Frankom Belterom, održanoj krajem februara / početkom marta 2010. godine u Goethe-Institutu Beograd. On nas je usmeravao ka jednostavnim i efektnim načinima oživljavanja grada i njegovih značajnih kulturno istorijskih objekata.
