Akcija ispred Muzeja istorije Jugoslavije: Karl Hector and the Malcouns (Nemačka) / Temporary Sessions (Beograd)

Action in front of the Museum of Yugoslav History: Karl Hector and the Malcouns (Germany) / Temporary Sessions (Belgrade)

On Saturday, 29 May, 2010. The Goethe-guerrilla moves in front of the Museum of Yugoslav History (Museum May 25). On the plateau, namely at the fountain in front of the museum, there will be a concert of music groups Karl Hector And The Malcouns Munich (beginning at 21 h) and Temporary Sessions from Belgrade (beginning at 20 h).

The choice of venue is a special addition to guerrilla action. One of our ideas is to organize events that are different from 'regular' programs in gyms and clubs. That's why we have this time, select an outdoor concert in front of a very interesting and important museum. Museum of History of Yugoslavia (consisting of The Museum of 25th May, House of Flowers and the Old Museum), is becoming increasingly present on the cultural map of the city and it is unavoidable to place on the agenda of both foreign tourists and citizens of Belgrade who are drawn to different events in this space - the exhibition of different and still relevant cultural phenomena from the socialist era and the former Yugoslavia, through debates, film screenings, interesting retro souvenirs, to the program (concerts, exhibitions, parties, ..) in front of the museum.
